Yes..well neither did I...(there's a lukewarm critique on a specialist Messiah site) - and seemingly recorded in nearly one-take; no wonder it sounded so cohesive...
DeleteUnfortunately it took way too long to edit (from new/'unplayed' LP's).
James Milligan is the 'star'...Vickers is better than for Beecham, I think.
